Conversa — Support

Conversa converts currencies, units and quick maths from plain language. Type what you mean and the answer appears as you type.

Getting started

• 1000 USD in GBP — currencies
• 50 kg in lb, 5 ft 11 in to cm, 72 f in c — units
• 500 CHF + 700 EUR in USD — mixed currency maths

If you don't name a target, Conversa converts to your home currency or your preferred unit system.

Common questions

How do I change my home currency or switch to imperial?

Tap the currency chip (or the gear) at the top right to open Settings.

What are the suggestions above the keyboard?

They follow what you're typing: after a number you'll see your currencies and units, after a unit a tap adds the target (for example → EUR). Pin the ones you use most in Settings → Pinned units & currencies.

How do I type units in keypad mode?

Use the suggestion chips, or tap More to search every unit and currency. Tap abc to switch back to the keyboard.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Conversa saves the latest exchange rates. The dot next to the logo shows whether rates are live (green) or saved/offline (amber); you can refresh them in Settings.

Why is a rate slightly different from my bank's?

Conversa shows mid-market reference rates. Banks and card providers add their own margin and fees.

How do I delete history?

Swipe a conversion left to delete it, or use Clear all. Both can be undone for a few seconds.

Yes — everything stays on your device. See the privacy policy.
